Royal Lotus View Resotel

Being so close to Bengaluru International Airport saved me time and the usual traffic stress, while still offering comfort and good service. The facilities were modern, well kept, and thoughtfully set up for both relaxing and getting things done. Staff were warm, professional, and prompt, and made me feel valued. I had a truly wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and comfort.

There was a lot to do here, including snooker, table tennis, basketball, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym. Kids have their own play areas too, so it works well for families. The food was delicious and had good variety, and the surroundings were peaceful and maintained well. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the friendly staff provided top-notch service. It was a wonderful stay, one of my best, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We booked all 33 rooms and the entire venue for my daughter's two-day wedding, and I'm grateful to everyone at Royal Lotus View Resotel for helping make it a grand success. The venue is well managed and maintained, with three separate areas to suit different guest numbers, so all the wedding events could be held under one roof. From the first day, I dealt with Mr Bipin. He was a gentleman, understood what I needed, and was empathetic, considerate, and kind. It rained heavily on the reception day, but he quickly arranged another place for dinner instead of the open lawn. I highly recommend this Resotel as a wedding venue.

The food and service were both bad, and I wouldn't recommend this place. They seemed to be out of anything we ordered, and the rumali roti was poor quality. It took 45 minutes just to get roti, so we got fed up, washed our hands, and left after wasting so much time. Even the bill took over 15 minutes. If you decide to go, that's at your own risk.
