Hotel Ramashray Paradise

There’s good space for events, and the rooms were good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Service was poor. I had to call several times before anyone came to fix a problem, and some staff weren’t cooperative. A few were rude enough that I complained to their higher authority. Shivkanya was the only staff member who was really supportive and caring.

The food was decent, but poor housekeeping and rooms that weren’t clean enough made the stay disappointing. Water kept pooling across the bathroom floor, so it felt like standing in a pool and was quite uncomfortable. Better cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference.

The staff were polite, cooperative, and supportive, and the hotel felt secure. There’s also a canteen. My room had plenty of space and the essential everyday amenities, while the spacious washroom was clean and well maintained. The whole hotel was kept clean. It’s good value for money and seems suitable for both short and long stays.

Great space, food, rooms, and service. I’d strongly recommend it for event planning. The one drawback is that there’s no Wi-Fi.
