My experience at Hotel Divira Inn was very disappointing. I had checked the charges before booking and told them I would arrive in the morning. Staff assured me that would be fine, but once I got there, they refused to let me check in unless I paid an extra ₹538 that hadn’t been disclosed. They let me in only after I paid. Hidden charges and this kind of last-minute demand are misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

I found the stay uncomfortable because traffic noise made it hard to sleep. The road-facing room had a window that seemed loose or broken and wasn’t sealed properly, letting in even more sound. With constant traffic, the hotel needs to maintain its windows and improve soundproofing.

The food was really good, and check-in went smoothly with cooperative staff. The room was quite spacious and the washroom surprisingly clean, but the room itself wasn’t very clean and needs improvement. The bed was only averagely comfortable.

The rooms were dirty and nothing like the pictures. Everything felt unhygienic.

The rooms are large, but many basic things are broken or don’t work. During my visit the lift was out, the geezer didn’t work, and there was no way to keep mosquitoes away, even though there were lots of them. Traffic noise also carried on very late at night and started again early in the morning.
