Cocoon Luxury Business Hotel

I stayed here recently with my family and hope to come back. The hotel is right at the railway station, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, attentive, and well behaved. Our rooms were clean and maintained well, the restaurant service pleased me, and room service was top notch. They also offered free pickup and drop, which we hadn’t known about when booking. They only mentioned it at checkout, a nice gesture.

Ms Manisha provided great hospitality. I’ve stayed here for the last 4 years, and every time it has felt relaxed, comfortable, and like home. Please keep up the same spirit and commitment.

I used to consider Hotel Cocoon the premier choice in Dhanbad for a comfortable and free stay, so this recent visit was highly disappointing. At the front desk, the receptionist showed little basic hospitality, not even offering the usual professional greeting or courtesy wishes on arrival. The hospitality overall was below standard, and the food served was unhygienic. Management should train staff in basic etiquette and address kitchen hygiene. If these basics aren’t corrected, it will affect future guest retention. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and the needed changes are made.

A great place to stay in Dhanbad, with a convenient location, supportive staff, and very tasty food. Manisha and Mr Ajit’s banquet team were especially supportive.
