Hotel Marina Inn

The staff were generally good, but the room was missing glasses, a dustbin, and soap, and its wallpaper was torn. The stay was okay, though those problems brought my rating down to one star.

There was no Wi-Fi or service, and the rooms felt cramped and unfinished. I also found ash and burnt cigarette ends in the bedside table. I wouldn't recommend it.

The washroom was very dirty, and the lift never worked, so we had to climb to the fourth floor each time. We paid for an AC room, but the AC was off most of the time. On top of that, service was awful and a staff member brushed off our requests and was extremely rude. I had a really bad stay and wouldn't recommend this place.

The hotel staff behaved badly, and the service was poor. Drinking water wasn't available, the lift didn't work, and the AC and lights were unreliable. The rooms were in terrible shape too, with plaster peeling off nearly every wall.
