Hotel Navneet Residency by OYO Rooms

The staff acted like they owned the hotel, even though we'd paid to stay there. It was a very bad place to stay.

We paid 300 rs per person for lunch at the restaurant today with my family. The food was average, and the same dish tasted different when we ordered it later. There weren't many staff around, and the ACs weren't working properly. Still, it's an okay sort of eatery along that Dhanbad-Boakro road.

It felt like home, mostly because the atmosphere is so special and the staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean, hygienic, cozy, and comfortable, and the restaurant was flexible, which I really appreciated. It's not a 4/5-star hotel, but the general manager deserves respect for doing such a great job with the hospitality.

The rooms cost more than they’re worth, but there weren’t any nearby hotels, so I had to accept the rate. I was travelling with my mom, wife, and five-month-old baby. We reached at 7pm and booked a room around 7:30pm, then were told to leave sharp at 11am the next day. Since my wife had an exam at a nearby DAV school, I had to book another room just to stay two extra hours.
