The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location at Bank More is perfect. But there was no food available, only lodging. When I arrived at reception, the receptionist asked for a tip for the service man. An advance tip felt strange. Drinking water wasn't available either. They said their RO wasn't working and would be fixed shortly, but no bottle of water was offered later. I don't want to complain about the individual staff member. Management needs to address this. I stayed because a friend recommended the hotel, but moved to another hotel the next day. Good wishes 💐

I booked a double deluxe room eight days ahead and paid in advance, but they gave me a single room with one bed. When I decided not to stay, the owner wouldn't answer my call. Most importantly, the hotel didn't feel safe for a girl. On every floor there were only men, smoking and drinking, and the smell spread through the whole hotel. They call it International Hotel, so they should maintain that standard. A very, very bad experience.

Clean, fresh rooms and purified water made this my favorite place to stay in Bank More, Dhanbad. The rent is reasonable, and electricity is available around the clock. The service is nice too.

I’m from Delhi, and staying here felt like being at home. The facilities are good, the service is great, and the place is kept neat and clean regularly. Thank you, Shubham Ji.
