The rooftop was a highlight, especially for the sunset views over the city. I also really liked the restaurant, where the food was delicious and nicely presented. Mr. Pankaj was always there with a smile whenever we needed help, and the service was impeccable. Even though the area was busy, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. Shops, restaurants, and public transportation were easy to reach, and the staff gave recommendations for local attractions and places to eat. Check-in and checkout were quick, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. I had an amazing stay and can't wait to visit again.

The food was limited in choice, but everything we tried during our three days was tasty. We had the MAP plan, and it felt like good value. The staff were helpful and polite, and the property, though not new, is nicely maintained. It's a small but pleasant place right across from Skyway station, with Mall Road and its local shopping just a short walk away. The room was a good size. I found the bathroom a bit cramped but still okay, though better toiletries and a soap dish or tray near the shower would be welcome. The food quality was excellent, and the location is superb. Good value for money.

The staff are good, but sorting out a place for the driver became a real hassle. They couldn't make arrangements even though we were willing to pay, and I ended up wasting time trying to find something myself. Parking here is very costly. THE POSH has free parking, good rooms, and a free stay for drivers, or you could look for another option with parking.

The rooms are large and have spacious balconies, and the premium rooms are on the 6th floor. The view, though, is from the terrace, which is a shared social area. Tea and coffee supplies are provided, and there's hot and cold water in the bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent, and both housekeeping and room service were excellent too. The staff were welcoming. The location worked well for us: the local market is across the street, with an ATM and restaurants nearby. The cable car boarding station is right across from the property, the main square is a 5-6 minute walk, and Dalai Lama Temple is 3-4 minutes away. No regrets about staying here.
