Hotel Pine spring

The rooms they gave us were on the lower 3 rd floor, even though we'd decided on upper rooms, and we had an old patient with us. It felt very unsafe for children. Getting there also ate up half our picnic time, with a horribly narrow one way road. The location is bad, the staff were very rude, and the bathroom was dirty. The hotel was very dirty overall, with garbage all around, and it was the exact opposite of what the pictures showed. Bring a mosquito net or bat if you book here. Families should cancel and find somewhere else, as I did on 26 th April 2024.

The food was simply delicious, and the views were mind blowing. I also felt treated like family, with friendly service throughout, and every staff member was cooperative. My room and washroom were absolutely clean, and the service was remarkable. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to see you soon, Hotel Pine Spring. I recommend it and will visit every time I'm in Mcleod.

The hotel is among the Pine trees, and it's much quieter outside. Room service was prompt, the staff extremely polite, and they helped us however they could. The rooms and facilities had all the basic amenities, and the hotel lives up to its brand. I had a wonderful experience.

A great hotel for a genuine budget stay.
