We were a group of 28 staying at Infinitea for three nights, celebrating my uncle and aunt’s 25th anniversary. Mr. Umesh and the team coordinated everything we asked for, from décor and speakers to an external live band, and made the celebration feel special. They handled it all smoothly. The rooms and amenities were great, and the pool area had beautiful sunset views. The staff were consistently polite, respectful, and happy to help. Highly recommend Infinitea for family trips and celebrations.

That mountain view from our room was breathtaking, and the rooftop pool was great for a swim. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and staff across reception, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant were courteous and helpful. Mr. Avinash from housekeeping took good care of what we needed in the room. At the Googly lounge bar, Mr. Avinash also made sure our orders were right. We had a comfortable stay and a lovely time dining at the bar. The downside was breakfast, with little variety and food that wasn’t very tasty. Still, I’d recommend staying here, it’s worth it.

The staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. Service stayed prompt and professional throughout. Food quality was consistently impressive, with a great range of choices. Everything was spotless and maintained well, from the lobby and rooms to the washrooms. My room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely arranged, with fresh linens and all the needed amenities. Highly recommended for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Stunning sunset and mountain views from the rooftop pool. The cocktails and bar snacks looked pretty too. Hospitality was brilliant, and a special shout-out to Avinash for helping us out!
