Dinner was good, and the prices were affordable. The staff were very friendly, and both the room and washroom were clean and felt fresh. A good stop if you're travelling from Nashik or Indore.

The hotel is right on the highway, which is a great location. Our room was clean, and they brought extra things when we asked. The only drawback was the food, they need a good restaurant.

In the bathroom, there wasn’t even handwash or a small soap, so I had to open a shower gel bottle each time I needed to wash my hands. No hair dryer, fine, but there wasn’t even a comb. For a 3k-a-night room at a 3 star property, this kind of 5 or 10 ₹ cost cutting looks cheap. The housekeeping is a serious letdown. Dusting wasn’t done properly, the furniture maintenance clearly wasn’t checked, and there was dust underfoot as I walked around. I booked an executive room, but first got one with a broken tap, then another with a broken Almira. Sweeping and dusting shouldn’t be too much to expect.

I was satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff. I only stayed one night, and the facilities were decent. The food was the weak point: much more expensive than it should have been, and the taste was just okay.
