After staying for two days on 9 & 10 march 2026, I accidentally paid twice and checked out. They promised the extra amount would be refunded the next day, but as of 22 March 26 I still haven't received anything. For the first three days after checkout, they answered my calls and kept saying the refund would come the following day. It's now been about 15 days, they don't reply to my calls or messages, and they won't share the manager's contact details. I called at least 100 times. Now they're saying, "Jo krna h kr lo we will not refund any amount". I also shared proof that they owed me a refund and my call logs. They are doing fraud with guests. Don't visit @chandradip, worst experience ever.

Food quality was good, but the service was very bad. There were stains on the bedsheet, and the AC in the room wasn't working when I checked in at 08:00 pm. They changed my room, but the AC in that one didn't work either. Their technician finally came after 11:30 and fixed the problem. Overall, very poor service. Don’t recommend.

There’s a garden and lots of parking, and the food was tasty. The property is good and the room was clean, plus it’s kid friendly. Service could be better, though, breakfast was delayed.

The staff were discourteous, from the receptionist and waiter to the restaurant staff, as if I were staying for free. The ACs in the rooms simply weren’t working. I asked several times and it still took two hours just to get two rooms cleaned. They spent the whole day trying to fix an AC, but it never worked, so I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Very disappointing.

Room 305 was good. I had a great experience here, and the hotel has excellent feedback overall. One of the best places, highly recommended.
