Hotel Ganapati Palace

The staff and location were good, but the food wasn't up to par. Several dinner items came half-cooked and gave us upset stomachs. You can stay here, but I'd avoid eating at the hotel.

I felt at home as soon as I arrived. Check-in was easy, and the staff greeted me warmly. My room was spotless, spacious, and nicely designed, with all the comforts I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so I had a perfect night’s sleep.

The food was really good, and the rooms were neat and tidy. The toiletries in our room weren’t managed well, though, so they need to keep the amenities in better shape.

The receptionist was helpful, but the management was horrible and had no ethics. In room 302, the cushion was sunken and uneven, impossible to sleep on. We then moved to 310, where the toilet smelled very dirty, and after that to 307, where the bed, pillow, and rajai covers were dirty again and had to be changed. Those covers seemed to have been used by other customers, and staff resisted when we asked for fresh ones. After a long, tiring journey, we lost two hours sorting things out and could only sleep after 12 PM.
