The night was the worst part: the taps had no water, and repeated calls got no response. There was still no water the next morning, when I had a job interview and couldn’t even brush my teeth or bathe. I’d booked an AC room through customer care and paid in advance, but on arrival nobody was at reception. The person in charge told me to take the key and let myself in. The room stank, the walls had gutkha stains, and the bathroom looked like a public toilet. When I asked for another room, he rudely said, “You’ll get only this room.” This is by far the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Customers trust OYO enough to pay in advance and expect basic hygiene and facilities. This experience completely ruined that trust. I sincerely ask OYO officials to take strict action against such properties.

The photos online showed a room completely unlike the one I found. It smelled bad, the rooms were stinky, and the bathroom was like a public toilet. The bathroom bulbs didn’t work, and the heater was out of order. Staff were arrogant and stopped caring once they’d been paid. One of the worst hotels in Dhule. Never stay here.

There was no one at reception, the rooms and washroom were filthy, and there was no service at all. The rooms were in terrible condition. It felt worse than a lodge, not even like a hotel. Don’t book this place. I ask OYO to remove it from their website.

The rooms were old, dirty, and smelled bad, with no cleaning. The photos were fake and nothing like the actual place. A terrible experience.

At check-in, they said the room wasn’t available at the Agoda price and demanded an extra Rs 900. They called Agoda fraudulent, though thousands of customers use it every day. Since it was midnight and we needed to check in, we ended up paying Rs 300 more than the listed Agoda price. This place was dishonest. Avoid it at all costs.
