Hotel Unique Inn by OYO Rooms

I accidentally paid the room rent after the app kept sending me notifications. I’m unhappy that I lost my money without using the room.

I had nowhere else to stay at that late hour, so I ended up staying despite the conditions. In the bathroom, there was litter everywhere, including wrappers, bottles, condoms, and other rubbish, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Earlier, the hotel had been closed when I arrived. The contact number told me to get the key from reception, but nobody was there. When I called again to ask about food, they said I’d have to manage on my own because the hotel had no facilities. The room had an unpleasant odor and no water at first, though thankfully water was available the next morning. I asked at reception for hot water to bathe, but was just told to turn on the water cock, and it still wasn’t hot. Someone rang the doorbell later that night asking for registration, which I completed.

The manager spoke to me as if I had no respect, and the service was awful. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money, increase your budget and book another hotel.

The rooms were in poor condition, with no care for cleanliness or comfort, and the place lacked basic safety measures. The staff were extremely unprofessional, especially in how they treated women. He made inappropriate comments to us. It was unhygienic and a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
