It's in the middle of the market area, so some noise during working hours is to be expected. You can catch a slight view of the Brahmaputra from the common balcony. The hotel has good food, good rooms, and responsive staff, but ventilation is an issue. Some rooms have no windows and don't get fresh air. They could do much better.

The manager's behaviour was poor, and neither the room service nor the food was good. All the rooms were damp and unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The people are nice, and this review is about the property and owner, who should work on improving the services. The staff are courteous and respectful, but service is really slow, and the tariff feels high for what you get. Cleanliness, room service, and water management all need work. The place is on the main road, about a 5-minute walk from the main market. Of the properties we saw, the rooms on the 3rd and fourth floors were better maintained than the others. There are only 6-8 hotel properties in Dibrugarh. They only provide package drinking water, which I was highly against of. A lot of rooms don't have warm water, though you can ask for a bucket. There are no dustbins either. Tariff: 1600+ gst for twin sharing, 2000+ for double/triple sharing big bed.

Housekeeping was nyc, and the staff were cooperative. The hotel is old, though, and a few rooms aren't in tip-top condition, so check the room before checking in. There's a bar and restaurant on the fifth floor. The restaurant closes at 10 PM, and food orders need to be placed 45 min ahead.
