Hotel Raj Palace

I had a quiet room with a river view and a comfortable bed, and the room was clean. The location is good too. I’d have given it five stars if the internet had worked, but I guess I just caught it on an unlucky day.

The room was too small for the price, and the service was poor. We had to keep calling for basic things like a pillow and blanket, and the small portions of food brought to the room came after staff forgot our order. It was nearly bedtime by then, and when we called, they still hung up. The restaurant was bad too. There were frequent power cuts, and the WiFi and network connection were terrible. Staff also need to learn to knock and wait outside instead of entering while people are in their rooms. That’s our privacy, and we could be in any state. This was a bad experience, and I don’t recommend the hotel.

The view from the hotel is lovely, and the food was good too. Staff were polite and quick to help. Mr. Ansari is a nice man who supports you in every way. Keep it up, Mr. Ansari. I’ll see you next time.

I’d recommend this hotel. The staff behaved well and the service was good, and the food prices are much lower than at other hotels. My stay here was really excellent.
