The bathroom was dirty from the moment I arrived, and there was no water in the morning. I waited 45 minutes for a shower before checkout, which threw off my whole day. The bedsheet was ripped and had blood stains on it. There wasn’t a phone in the room to ask for help or even an electric kettle, and service was absent despite the high price. They seem to charge six or seven times a budget dhaba for a photo of a fancy pool, which I doubt anyone would want to use. The place felt filthy and unsafe, and the whole setup seemed deceptive. Management needs to sort this out or shut it down.

The rooms were dirty, the staff were rude, and both their service and behavior were poor. The TV didn’t work and the sheets never seemed to get changed. I had the worst experience. Don’t deal with this hotel.

The food was awful, with no taste or hygiene, and I noticed some items were past their expiration dates. That felt dangerous. The pool was cloudy and had debris floating in it, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so I couldn’t use it. The room was uncomfortable in the heat because the AC didn’t work. I complained more than once, but the staff were unresponsive and didn’t seem concerned. Poor service, basic cleanliness problems, and that careless attitude made the stay a nightmare. I don’t recommend booking here. There are better places at the same price or less that care about guests’ well-being. I don’t usually post negative reviews, but this stay was unpleasant enough that I felt I should warn people.

Our wallet was stolen, and staff wouldn’t show us the CCTV footage. Other hotels have been much more cooperative. The AC wasn’t working, so the room felt suffocating, and the sheets had visible stains. The pool was tiny and filthy, with human waste in it, which was shocking. We ordered chicken tandoori and it was spoiled. The food was overpriced and not worth the money. This was my worst experience. Avoid this place.
