The rooms were very dirty, the service was terrible, and the staff behaved badly. Even after we paid all the room charges and gave an extra ₹300, they kept asking for ₹100 in boksis the next day and sent threatening messages. The whole experience was awful.

The staff behaved very poorly. Sandip was the staff member involved. A really bad experience.

I booked in advance from Kolkata, and the reservation process was prompt. My family and I visited Digha in January 2013. The place felt homely, the rooms were well kept, the staff were cooperative, and the food was a real delight. The room rates were very low for the service provided, so it was great value for money. I recommend it highly.
