Hotel Sweet Home by OYO Rooms

The rooms fill with mosquitoes after evening, and the washrooms are poor quality. The receptionist is third class too.

Mosquitoes fill the rooms in the evenings and at night, and the manager isn't cooperative. It's third class accommodation. Never book a room here.

I went to Digha in Oct 2023. The staff, especially the two managers Prodeep and Utaam, were highly unprofessional and rude, repeatedly misbehaving with customers. Our room was dirty and the bed sheets were torn. The A/C was stuck at one temperature, and we weren't given a remote. Even after repeated complaints, there was no room service. The washroom was infested with insects as well. We couldn't order coffee or tea to the room, and despite the managers' claims, there was no beach view from the hotel, which felt misleading. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The managers and staff were so rude, and they didn't even serve water. I think this is the most third class hotel in the world. Better to stay on the road at night than go here. Please don't go if you have self respect. I gave it one star only because Google needed a rating for me to post this.
