The views from the room were limited, and checkout was a poor experience. We had booked two rooms and vacated one on time. In the other, we asked for just another half hour because our baby was struggling to feed. We explained why, but the staff kept ringing the bell and pressuring us to leave. It was completely unacceptable and showed no basic understanding or empathy for a genuine concern. The location and cleanliness were excellent, the food was very good, and security and parking support were excellent as well.

The location is good, though there’s no sea view. Security and the office staff were very good, and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast had around 15 items and was very good. The pool was decent, but its location wasn’t great. The restaurant is expensive and doesn’t offer thali. The food tastes good, just not extraordinary. The AC units are old and take a while to cool the room, and the TV is small with unclear sound. For a deluxe room, 1600 including breakfast is fair; below 1600, it’s good value.

It’s only about a two-minute walk to New digha Beach and the market, which makes the location handy. The menu was quite limited because of the gas crisis, but the food was good. There’s parking, though if you’re arriving by car, it’s better to let them know ahead of time. The pool was good too.

The staff were all so humble, and we really loved the service and the rooms. New digha beach is just a two-minute walk away, and the swimming pool was great as well. For couples, this feels like a perfect hotel. I have no complaints and would definitely book again if I visit digha. 😇♥️

The rooms are spacious, and the food was finger-licking good. It was a very enjoyable stay, with a good location too. The one downside is the lack of outside views, since all the balconies face the back.
