Some of my family members went to the hotel and ordered tea at the front desk. Rather than offering them a comfortable place indoors, the manager told staff to seat them outside in the blazing sun. That showed little concern for their comfort or basic hospitality. The manager seems to have no understanding of customer satisfaction. I hope the hotel improves its service, since experiences like this reflect poorly on the establishment.

Oh, amazing, superb. Truly one of the greatest restaurants and hotels. Thank you.

Winni's cake is nearby and really tasty. You can get it online or in person.

The rooms are good, but customer service is horrible. The manager has an attitude problem and made no effort to properly explain the minibar charges, leaving me with charges and no explanation. The hotel needs to address staff communication with customers.

This place is close to me, and I choose it for every festival. The restaurant often has few customers, maybe because people assume a hotel doesn’t serve restaurant guests. It has a peaceful outdoor area that looks lovely. The restaurant has a good ambience too, and the items are very responsible. There are lots of chances to take pictures.
