My first visit was a great experience. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the place had a peaceful feel and lovely ambience. The food was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Tokupu for the excellent service. I'll definitely visit again.

Location and food were the only positives. I booked a day here in December 2025, but there was no geyser, making it a pain to get ready or take a bath. Cleanliness was poor across the board: towels, bedsheets, blankets, pillows, everything. The washroom had no toiletries at all, not even soap, shampoo, or handwash. Staff told me to park my bike right outside, but the police put up a “No-Parking” sign next to it and asked me to move it, so I had to find another spot without restrictions. If you only need a cheap room with a bed, roof, and water, you could book it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Nothing was good here, from the rooms, blankets, and pillows to the washroom, basin, floors, and smell. This was the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone book this hotel.

I always order paneer because it tastes so good, especially the shahi paneer and matar paneer. But when I go to eat and order dishes, they take a long time to arrive, and I don't like that service. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Thank you to MAYUR HOTEL.

The food quality was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. This is a pure vegetarian hotel. My room was excellent, with lots of space and a nice desk area for working. The bedding was excellent too, and the bathrooms were neat and clean.
