The room service left no room for complaints, though I did miss having a buffet breakfast this time. What stood out was the hospitality: the cleanliness and the polite, warm welcome from every staff member show the tradition of the beautiful people here. An excellent experience in Dimapur. It feels underrated, and I’d love to visit again.

We stayed at Shulem Boutique Hotel with my in-laws in 2024, and we still talk about it. The staff went out of their way for our group, making my in-laws feel truly cared for rather than just accommodated. If you want a boutique stay where the hospitality lives up to the word, this is it.

A foreign guest recommended this hotel to me, which surprised me since I’m from Nagaland myself 😃. I had a great time staying and dining here. The hospitality and ambience were excellent, the service was top notch, and the stay exceeded what I expected. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, dining here was disappointing. The food was tasteless and overpriced, and the portions were very small. Please work on this, or people won’t want to come back. Dimapur is a small place, and there are many better options.

I particularly enjoyed the restaurant’s fresh breakfast buffet and range of local and continental options. The rooftop view, quiet lounge areas, and personal attention from management all added to a memorable stay. The hotel has a charming atmosphere that works for business or leisure travelers. The staff welcomed me warmly and professionally, check-in was smooth, and I was shown to my room promptly. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with high-speed Wi-Fi, a plush bed, and a luxurious bathroom. Housekeeping kept up excellent standards throughout. The interiors have a modern boutique style, tastefully detailed but still cozy and inviting. Shulem Boutique Hotel is in a peaceful location, conveniently close to key attractions, and offers a good mix of comfort, elegance, and attentive service.
