FabHotel Roshan Residency

The surroundings were peaceful and we found the rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, and customer service was very good. The current owner said the place is under new management, and the improvement shows in how clean and well kept the hotel feels. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kodaikanal.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. Everyone on staff was polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend the hotel for work trips or leisure.

This is one of the best homestays in kodaikanal. It's in the main area, close to naidupiram bus stop, which makes getting around to the city and villages much easier.

We booked three nights, but left without checking in because of the room conditions and the staff's careless attitude. When I arrived at 3.15 pm, the room still wasn't ready. I urgently needed a washroom, but was told to wait for the cleaning because there was no common washroom. The staff even said I could pee by the roadside if I was in a hurry. I was aghast. The room was unhygienic, with poor ventilation and dirty linen, and the hotel refused to refund the amount for all three days. It then abruptly cancelled our reservation without returning the money. This was the worst hospitality I've encountered. Never book here; this hotel needs to be blacklisted.
