We ended up here because our usual corporate hotels were fully booked. It’s an old-school place that might work for a cheap stay or a casual drink with friends, but not for business. The water quality was awful. After showering, my hair felt rough, my skin was irritated, and I even had a headache. The towels were yellowish, probably because of the water. It’s okay for the price, but I wouldn’t come back.

The location and rooms are good, though ants and other insects were crawling around. They could provide Kinley or Bisleri bottles instead of drinking water in used mirror bottles. Otherwise, it was okay.

I was surprised by the number of negative reviews, since I’d stayed here before and had a good experience. On my recent visit, though, they said no non-AC rooms were available, only AC rooms at around 2300 per day. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, but only AC rooms are available.

As a solo traveler, safety is always on my mind. This place is near the bus stand and local market, and the staff were nice and helped guide me to local places. Food service was decent, but hygiene is a major concern.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, and complimentary breakfast is available. The restaurant area, though, is poorly maintained and not clean at all.
