Kodai Hut by OYO Rooms

The breakfast listed on the website wasn't available, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos. The place was far from shops and restaurants, so ordering food nearby wasn't an option. I booked through booking dot com, but when I arrived on the booked date, they said they couldn't honor the room at that price. The manager never came out, and I was left waiting outside for an hour before they finally refused. The rooms looked awful, too. I left without staying. No courtesy at all, and zero stars would have been more fitting.

Nice cottage and good service, though there's room to improve. It felt worth the stay otherwise. Be careful about leaving your key so staff can clean while your things are in the room. My friend lost some money that way.

We came back from getting tea and found our luggage had been replaced with a family's bags. The staff had moved our belongings into another room without telling us or getting our permission. We'd already checked in and booked the room. That was really unprofessional.

The floors were sticky, the sheets hadn't been cleaned properly, and I found hair in the bed. The pillows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in decades. The whole place was dirty and the service was awful. Please don't make my mistake by paying in advance. Look at the room first. Oyo disconnects your call when you complain.
