The food was good, and every meal I had was tasty and well prepared. The room design, though, was frustrating. The living area felt cramped, and the washroom was so tight that getting ready was a hassle. There was a separate hall and a huge balcony, which seemed like wasted space to me. That area could have been used to make the room and washroom more practical and spacious. For the price, I expected a more ergonomic layout. It was an okay stay overall if you're fine with close quarters and care more about the food than room comfort.

The gardens at Kodai Resort were peaceful and beautifully kept, and Coaker’s Walk, Kodaikanal Lake, and Bryant Park were all within walking distance. We stayed with our family in a Luxury Room from 24th to 26th December. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the whole stay was memorable. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Mr. Balaji from the food servicing team took especially good care of us at meals, and the food was very good. Mr. Ramesh organized the campfire and made sure everyone was enjoying it. It was a lively, lovely evening, and we've never had such personalized service before. The resort has great facilities and hospitality. Highly recommended for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Kodaikanal. We'll definitely visit again!

The rooms are excellent and the location is amazing for the price. Wi-Fi barely worked during most of our stay, though, and the EV charger was faulty. Breakfast was only average, with mostly dosa and idly, just one non-veg choice, chicken sausage, and no eggs. It was still a good stay overall, but fixing those issues would make it much better.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, from check-in to local recommendations. Our room was comfy and clean, with stunning hill views, and it felt peaceful staying among the nature. The food was a real highlight, with fresh, flavorful South Indian and Continental dishes and generous portions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffets. We had a relaxing vacation at Kodai Resort in Kodaikanal, and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for families or couples. We'll be back soon!

My child had a great time at the bonfire hosted by Mr. Ramesh, and Mr. Ajaynan at the Ayurvedic center gave us especially good service. We stayed as a family and found the staff courteous and very helpful. The amenities were excellent, and the restaurant food was good overall. A great city-center place to stay.
