The staff were friendly and kind, and customer service and satisfaction clearly came first. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it felt like a safe, secure place to stay. I really enjoyed my time at Pugal holidays, would stay again on my next visit, and would recommend it to friends.

Kannan and Dhanashekar were helpful with everything. We had a good experience with the hospitality, food, and staff behaviour. It was a luxurious stay with a beautiful view.

The staff were friendly, the ambience was lovely, and our room was clean and neat. We stayed one day at Pugal holidays and had a very enjoyable time. Marketing manager Rithika looked after us especially well and arranged transport for a local Kodaikanal tour. It was a nice experience. Thank you.

Rithika, the Marketing manager, was especially warm in the way she approached guests. The staff were welcoming, and the food was delicious, with good variety and quality. I had a wonderful stay at Pugal holidays. The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained, making the place comfortable.
