There wasn't much to do at the resort. We didn't see any recreational setup or events, so the stay felt a little dull, especially for a longer visit or for families wanting things to keep them engaged. The food, though, was definitely the best part: tasty, well prepared, and with a good range of choices. If you're after peace and good food, it may suit you. Anyone expecting activities or a lively stay might be disappointed.

The sea-view rooms and the view from the campfire are amazing, and they organise a campfire for guests. There's WiFi in the lobby, and plenty of indoor games, including snooker, carroms, and foosball. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Couples aren't a problem here. It's a nice spot to stay and relax, though it may feel a little expensive if you're on a budget.

The setting is peaceful and serene, and the food is great too. Rooms are spacious, especially the ones with balconies, and the lake-facing balcony rooms are worth asking for. Friendly vibes make it a good place for family get-togethers. It's newly renovated, with great service. The new management is off to a great start, keep up the good work!

The rooms are spacious and well made, with a comfortable bed, a well maintained bathroom and toilet, and a balcony in every room where it's nice to sit outside. The hotel is close to the lake and you can glimpse it from here. Breakfast is good and complimentary. Some improvements are underway, so we'll have to wait and see what comes next. The staff are humble and respond well, though their lack of hospitality training is noticeable compared with other hotels. They're not rude, there's just a difference in how they handle things. It seems the hotel isn't running at full capacity yet, and I expect these small issues to be addressed. There isn't a full restaurant or room service, so you can't dine here as things stand, though if you ask, they may bring food from outside. A proper restaurant and room service would help, especially in season when nearby restaurants are full. After a day of travelling around, it would be nice to sit quietly and have a quick bite at the hotel.

The lawn was a great spot to take in the lake view, and there was plenty to keep us busy inside too, including billiards, carroms, hand football, and a small library that seemed really good. We stayed at the Hotel from 22 December to 25 December, and it was our best experience in Kodaikanal. The rooms were really good and very clean. Room service was the best, with staff always around and eager to help. Everything we ordered to eat at the Hotel was totally delicious.
