Treebo Aall Season

The only decent part was the sightseeing cab arrangement. Otherwise, the stay was far below the Treebo quality and service I’ve usually experienced, and the ₹2500 a night plus ₹250 for early check-in didn’t feel worth it. Treebo management should look into the maintenance and service here before other guests run into the same problems. We were charged extra for early check-in, yet basic amenities like a fresh-up kit weren’t provided until we asked. The wash basin had food waste when we arrived and kept leaking, leaving the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable in the cold. The converted-apartment room had a glass partition instead of a proper wall, with a see-through hole in the glass door that exposed the inside of the room. When we complained, staff said a curtain was provided to cover it, which wasn’t acceptable. Sound carried through the glass, so we couldn’t speak freely, and the corridor light shone into the room at night. We could see people’s shadows as they walked by, making it hard to sleep. I’ve always preferred Treebo for consistent quality, but this stay at Treebo Aall Season, Kodaikanal was genuinely disappointing.

On my third booking with Treebo, I ran into issues I hadn’t had before. The manager’s way of asking for tips was inappropriate. We were willing to tip the staff, but it seemed he was asking every guest to contribute and was bargaining for it. The room and breakfast were good, and the location was convenient. We booked a double-occupancy room but received only one towel. There was no dental or shaving kit available. When we asked for a dental kit, we got just one and were told stock had run out. Breakfast had very little variety compared with what I’ve had at most places, and there was only one hot beverage option. This is my fair and honest review of Treebo Aall Season, Kodaikanal.

Clean, excellent rooms and tidy washrooms, with car parking available too. A very good stay in Kodaikanal if you want a comfortable, clean hotel. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was very delicious and the hotel's location was very good. Manager muthukumar sir was humble and provided excellent service, making check-in easy by giving us a room. We will visit again. Special thanks to muthukumar for the good service and for taking extra care of us.
