My agent booked this place without telling me properly, and I really regret staying there. I had nowhere else to go, so I spent the night and left early the next morning. The kitchen was filthy, there was no sign of clean or safe food, and the TV and other room facilities didn’t work. From 1 PM to 10 PM, alcohol was served openly, and the noise and unruly atmosphere made it feel more like a shady liquor den than a hotel. It felt uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for women and children, and completely unsuitable for families. A group of guys on a casual trip might put up with it, but I’d urge everyone else, particularly families, to avoid the place.

The place felt clean and relaxed, a comfortable spot to unwind or have a meal with friends or family. We got good portions of fresh, tasty food, and the staff were polite and friendly. Service was quick without rushing us. It felt worth the money, and I’d be happy to return and recommend Hotel Maheshwari Bar and Restaurant.

We came for dinner with family and were given a separate room, since the main restaurant isn’t suitable for families.

The drinks were well made and the food was delicious, with lovely presentation. The staff were friendly, quick, and attentive. Great lighting and a lively atmosphere too. Whether you’re stopping by to relax, celebrate, or just hang out, this place delivers. Highly recommended, definitely worth a visit!
