The rooms are affordable and quite nice, and they all face the sea. Fort Road puts the local market, Diu fort, INS Khukari Museum, and St. Paul Chutch within walking distance, which is a real plus.

The rooms are very compact, really only suited to two people, though the washroom was roomy and clean. There’s a shaded parking area, and the rooms described as sea view look toward the creek and fishing jetties, but still have a good view. The hotel’s RASOI restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with an average taste and dining experience. Guests get 10% off, but you need to pick up a coupon at reception using your room number and present it at the restaurant. Breakfast is brought to the room from 8-10:30 AM; lunch is served 12:30-16:00.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and parking was in good shape. I also found it easy to get to the main attractions from here. The view from the property was lovely, and for a budget stay, the hotel turned out better than I expected.

With a small baby, I wouldn’t book here. When the baby cried, staff told us to stop them because babies weren’t allowed to cry. The staff were awful and showed no humanity.
