The staff were cooperative and very helpful, responding quickly and handling requests professionally. The in-house restaurant also did well: tasty food, good hygiene, and very satisfactory service. Bathrooms were clean and functional, though average. The location is peaceful, but the property itself needs better attention to cleanliness in some areas. At check-in, the sheets, pillows, and blankets were dirty and had been used. Staff replaced them promptly when asked, but it made a poor first impression. The curtains were dirty and smelled unpleasant, and pigeon droppings made the poorly maintained balcony and gallery areas unhygienic. The view outside the room was very dirty too, with scrap material and poor housekeeping near an adjacent petrol pump. We felt we had to keep the room shut. Hot water was sometimes unavailable in the morning, parking is limited and may be difficult in peak season, and there were no phone numbers or emergency contact details displayed in the room. Rainbow Resort, Diu has good restaurant facilities and cooperative staff, but needs to improve the cleanliness on arrival, curtain hygiene, balcony upkeep, nearby outdoor cleaning and housekeeping, and hot water availability. A decent budget 3-star option if you value a peaceful location away from the city and staff support over luxury.

The restaurant's biryani was the highlight for me: the grains were cooked just right, the meat was tender, and the spice was well balanced. It was some of the best food I've had in the city. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the service was professional and top-notch. A fantastic stay from beginning to end, and well worth visiting for the hospitality and food.

Rainbow Resort is in a peaceful, scenic spot close to major attractions, and the hospitality was good. We had a wonderful stay: the spacious room was clean and had a beautiful view, and the well-kept pool area was a relaxing place to spend time. A comfortable, enjoyable experience, highly recommended.

Jani Dada took such good care of me throughout the stay. He helped with a lot, noticed every small need, and made sure I didn't run into any problems. The food at Swaminarayan was a letdown. It lacked taste, the choices were limited, and the experience didn't meet expectations. Flavor, freshness, and service all need improvement. The stay itself had a peaceful atmosphere, and the pool and spa were enjoyable. Staff were polite and helpful, making it a decent budget-friendly option for a relaxing short trip.
