Idris looked after us well, handling our bags and being very polite. The hotel was quiet, with little noise and composed management, and the restaurant was open most of the time with a good range of food and drinks. Our room had a fridge, working TV, and an air conditioner that cooled well. It was a comfortable size for the price, and the hotel kept the humid feel in check with the air conditioning. The location was okay, though TGH is among a row of hotels and the balconies don't have much of a view. We had a good stay for the night, with good service, and felt it was worth the price. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The rooms were very clean, including the bathrooms, and roomy enough for a couple with kids. Staff were well-mannered and trained. There's a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus car parking. Nagoa beach is about a 10-minute drive, and the hotel is close to the main attraction. Felt like good value for the stay.

My December 2025 stay was comfortable and the service was good, so I tried to book again for February 2026. That time was a real letdown. The manager was very rude and demanded full payment in advance. I offered to pay 50%, but he wouldn't accept it. Then he said there were no rooms available, although the website showed rooms as available when I checked. It left me confused and made it seem they weren't interested in having customers. Unprofessional handling, and I hope management takes this seriously and improves how it deals with guests.

Staff were polite and cooperative, and the rooms were decent and kept clean. The stay was convenient, but at this price it didn't feel like particularly good value. Food was just okay, and the taste and variety fell short of what I expected for the cost. Hotel TGH – The Grand Highness should improve the food and make its pricing fit the experience better. An average stay, nothing special.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were skilled and very well mannered. Rooms were well maintained, and service was quick and really good. A lovely place to stay, with good value for money.
