We booked through Oyo and were given just one bottle of water when we asked. Then we checked the bathroom and toilet and found there was no water. Reception said it would be back within 30 minutes, but it still hadn't returned by the next afternoon. The ceiling fan was also running very slowly. When we raised these problems, the receptionist told us to complain to OYO. A really bad experience, especially the customer service.

The room they showed me looked quite different from the one I was given. They also asked me to drop the OYO room and pay more for a better one. It wasn't a good experience.

These rooms were so pathetic, not fit for anyone to stay in, and the hotel management are big cheaters. I'll explain the problems one by one. Please look at the photos I uploaded with details.

We had a very bad experience at 4am. The hotel is in poor condition, and the pictures shown on OYO are completely different from what it's actually like. The management is bad too. Don't even try to book here.

I hated the place. It's above a beverage shop and wasn't clean. There's a hotel behind it that was really nice, so if you visit, stay at that hotel behind this Oyo hotel.
