I paid Rs. 3800 plus taxes a night for their top single room, but basic things like a locker, ironing board, shaving kit and bathroom slippers weren't there. I had to ask for slippers, the intercom needed replacing, and the fan rattled loudly. When I raised the fan noise, they ignored me. There was no hot water, so I had to bathe in cold water. The room price also felt far too high for what was provided. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, the menu choices were limited, and they wouldn't provide fruit juice. Getting around was costly too. The hotel is down an interior road with little public transport. They charged Rs.400 plus GST each way for a trip to the nearby OIL Industrial area, only about 2 km away. When I first contacted Hotel Aatreyi for a pickup from Hotel Oilfield, roughly 1 km away, because my room handover there was delayed, I expected a courtesy ride. Instead, they added Rs.400 plus GST to the bill. They also wouldn't give me a bill showing a taxi number for local trips, saying they used private cars as taxis. I stayed from 06.11.25 to 07.11.25. This was the worst hotel in Duliajan for me. If zero stars had been an option, that's what I would have given. I felt cheated. Please avoid it.

The complimentary breakfast was far too oily, and the food didn't live up to expectations. The hotel is around 1-2 km from the city.

I recently went to an event on the lawn, which had plenty of room, and parking was set up conveniently outside the plots. The food was good, and the serving staff looked smart in their traditional Assamese mekhela chadars. I've also attended many parties in their hall.

The service was 10/10, with great hospitality from both the staff and the Owner. The food was very good too, and the hotel was superb. My only feedback: add a Geyser in the Washroom and a hair dryer.
