The manager or receptionist was very rude, with no politeness at all. There was no one at reception, no room service, and every kind of service was awful. The room and washroom were both dirty. I paid 1900 rupees for an AC room, but only the fan worked and it didn’t cool the room. When I asked about it, he said the AC wasn’t working properly. I asked for the 1900 rupees back so we could go to another lodge, but he refused and quickly refunded only 400 rupees, the non-AC room charge. He also switched off the AC and took its remote. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I humbly ask OYO to remove this hotel from its site.

The receptionist was rude, and they added an extra amount to the room beyond the OYO charge. The room wasn’t clean, the toilet was very poor, and the bucket and mug were filthy. Room service was poor too, and there weren’t many facilities. It isn’t worth the money or suitable for families and couples.

Only the AC was good. The geyser didn’t work, the inside door handle was missing, the service boy wasn’t available, and the mattresses weren’t good. This isn’t a family room, so please don’t go with your family.

The washroom had some guy’s underwear sitting on the ventilation ledge, and the geyser didn’t work. The room was kinda cringe, ngl. I’d booked through booking.com, but the guy at reception insisted on his own price and said online reservation prices didn’t matter.
