There was a cigarette smell when I entered, and I noticed a cigarette burn on the bedsheet. The staff sprayed room freshener, but this needs attention. We also couldn’t get hot water in the morning. The staff were helpful, and Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are available. The hotel is close to the main highway, on the service road. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the amenities included toiletries, towels, an extra mattress with a cot, and water bottles for four people. Overall, it’s a good place for a family stay.

Hotel Galaxy Inn worked well for a short, affordable stay. My room was small but looked after, and at around ₹900 it was a good budget option. The bedsheets were clean, and the attached bathroom was neat and hygienic. They provided a towel, soap, TV, AC, dustbin, drawer, blanket, and pillows. You can order food to the room, which was handy, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The room was spotless and uncluttered, with fresh linens and good hygiene, so it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day. I also found the staff friendly and professional. They made check-in easy and helped me get settled, and everyone I spoke with was approachable and willing to help. I left very satisfied with the clean room, good service, and hassle-free stay. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable trip.

The staff at Hotel Galaxy Inn were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a premium room. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I was very happy with the stay and would consider coming back. Highly recommended!

I keep choosing this hotel whenever I come to Durgapur. The in-house staff have been hospitable, even when help was needed in an emergency, and the stay offers customized comfort at a budget-friendly price. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Durgapur in either normal or festive seasons.
