The room had water leaking, and the blankets and bed weren’t clean. There was no hot water in the washroom, so we had to bring water from outside. Basic services were almost nonexistent, and hygiene and upkeep were very poor. It feels like they’re just running a business by ripping people off. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
The shared areas, living room, and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. The owner was crude, cruel, and uncooperative. Even though I had booked an AC room, he initially wouldn’t give me the remote. After a long argument he handed it over, but later switched off the AC at the main breaker by reception. When I asked to leave, he refused to refund my prepaid money. Please don’t stay here.
I kept reporting the water problem, four or five times, but it still wasn’t properly fixed. I got a different excuse each time, and it felt as if the supply might have been deliberately shut off. That caused a lot of inconvenience. Service was extremely poor, and the owner’s behavior made the experience worse. The management felt unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
A very bad experience. The hotel owner scared us by threatening police complaints.
The staff’s behavior was the only thing they could call an amenity, and it was incredibly rude. The room was a mess, with a bed that looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks and stains I’d rather not think about. The bathroom was worse, the toilet looked like it had been through a war, the sink was clogged, and the mirror was broken. I’m still trying to get over how awful the place was. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
