Whether you stay or not, the manager’s attitude is awful. He misbehaved with me, and the staff did too. The hotel was dirty and covered in stains, with no water facilities. It was a completely poor and disgusting experience. Please don’t stay here.

I booked two days offline, but my plans changed and I asked for the amount for one day back since I wouldn’t stay the extra day. The manager refused, saying he wouldn’t return it whether I stayed or not. He behaved terribly toward me. The hotel was disgusting, with no water facilities, an AC that didn’t work, and stained, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Staff misbehaved too. Please don’t stay here.

It is near dwarika temple, but I’d keep this place as a last option. The owner was arrogant and rude, and communication was poor. The rooms were dirty and dusty, with broken taps, and the charges were high. I made a mistake going there. The AC didn’t work. If you book an AC room, they may not turn it on even though they charge the AC price. They charged me twice the higher price. If you’re alone, there may be no problem, but with family they’ll try to make money and loot you.

There were no rooms available, but the owner understood our situation and let us stay at his own house, about 1km from dwarkadhish temple. He helped us a lot and was a very kind-hearted person.
