Everything else might have been okay, but the staff’s behavior was awful. They accused us of taking their charger after meeting us at the railway station, then tried to get more money from us. We asked to see the CCTV footage, which showed they were just fooling us, but they still checked our luggage after checkout and called us thieves. They clearly don’t trust their customers. Please avoid this hotel.

The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The staff started a fight and threatened to beat us, saying they were local. Our auto driver had warned us the hotel was very bad, but we ignored him, and that was our biggest mistake. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The staff were rude and wouldn’t take my complaint seriously. My room was filthy, with hair and cockroaches around, and the mattress felt risky because a broken spring could poke through at any moment. One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had.

They charged us 1200 rupees for a room that cost 1100 rupees. They get angry when responding to customers and seem to be in the business of robbing us. Zero rating for this hotel.

The hotel sits in a good spot in the middle of the market, but the rooms were dirty and awful. The bathroom and toilet were filthy and had no ventilation. There was no room service, and the hotel floor was dusty, with empty water bottles lying around. Only stay here if you have no other option in Dwarka. Otherwise, avoid it.
