The breakfast tasted really bad, like old food, and the customer service was poor. It’s overpriced too. There’s plenty of parking and the atmosphere at this Ernakulam city restaurant is nice. It’s near changanpuzha metro station.

The presentation and ambience were good, but the prices felt high. Our chicken biriyani tasted bad and was clearly old. The kizhi porotta tasted unusual too. I can’t be sure it was old, but it smelled as if it had some fish ingredients.

Their Alfam Mandi was tasty and filling, and the service was pleasant. If you want a decent, affordable Mandi meal when you’re hungry, this place is worth a visit.

The biriyani we got wasn’t worth the price. For what we paid, I could have bought the same quality twice elsewhere. We waited at the table, then ended up bloated and unable to sleep that night. It’s overrated and poor value. Better dining elsewhere.
