The food was good quality with plenty of variety, and the rooms were spacious with clean, decent bathrooms. Staff were helpful and gave the service we needed. It was a pleasant, peaceful stay, and for the price, the hotel compares well with others. You’ll enjoy your stay.

The buffet breakfast had lots of variety, and complimentary fruit was provided. The A/c worked excellently, and the rooms were neat, with basics like a safe, mini bar and coffee maker. There’s a swimming pool with separate areas for adults and children. It’s a four-star hotel with easy access near Ernakulam South Station. The corridor carpets were stained and unpleasant to look at, though, and the reception staff weren’t courteous enough.

It’s an easy walk from the Railway Station. I was surprised by how large the standard room was, with a separate sofa area and its own guest toilet. It also had all the amenities I’d expect from a 3/4* hotel.

The room was very large and the bathroom was good, but the place wasn’t maintained at all. Although it’s near the railway station, getting there was really difficult. There are nearby restaurants with tasty food. Nobody will look after you here, so you can just live your own way.
