I stayed here for business, and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent for the price, clean and hygienic, and suitable for senior citizens. I'd recommend it to my business friends visiting cochin.

The place isn't clean, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and there's no hot water. Not a nice place, and I don't recommend it.

On my work trip to Kochi, I stayed at The Business Hotel and everything went smoothly. It was quiet enough to focus, the room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location also made it easy to get around the city. Definitely 5/5, I'll come back.

Everything was just right today, from the room and reception to housekeeping, room service, and the overall service. We decided to stay one more day.

We didn't enjoy our stay. It wasn't clean, there was no hot shower, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.
