The room smelled bad, and the AC swing wasn't working. The furniture was very old and in really poor condition, as were the bedsheet, towel, and door mat. There's no restaurant attached. Better to avoid this hotel.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the room's upkeep and service were very poor. The room view wasn't what I expected, and I was completely disappointed.

Service was very poor. We'd asked well in advance for a first-floor room, but they didn't honor the request. Then the fan stopped working during the night.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and getting around is easy from here, with access to all kinds of transport. The stay was good, close to the Metro, boat jetty, and Center Square Mall.

The room was not clean at all, and the shower didn't work properly. The water was always hot, so I couldn't bathe. The worst hotel I've ever seen, very poor.
