I always enjoy staying at the IMA House, and it has become our first choice in Kochi for both work and leisure. It's in the city centre with public transport nearby, yet set away from the traffic and noise. We have found it excellent value, and it feels like a home away from home. The restaurant serves a good variety of tasty, generous portions at reasonable prices, with courteous service from trained, supervised staff. Room service has also been quick, efficient, and responsive. We liked the small, clean swimming pool for a relaxing break, and there is a gym too, though we haven't tried it yet. Parking is ample, and about 90% of it is covered by solar panels, which we appreciated. Our suite rooms have been spacious, clean, well maintained, and well furnished, with a kitchenette and an extra half toilet, all for the price of a single room. They work well for longer stays and business trips. Ms Anjumol and her 24-hour front office team deserve a special mention for being polite, cooperative, and willing to help with special requests, even when it inconveniences them. We look forward to staying at the IMA Hotel again whenever we're in Kochi.

The exhibition venue was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and supportive the whole time, and the in-house restaurant handled our needs efficiently while the event was going on. It was a really good experience, and a well-managed place for exhibitions and events.

The small inner auditorium is set up very nicely, and the location and parking both seem good. The property should work for lite events. The restaurant, though, is tiny and the food was only average.

A comfortable choice for large gatherings right in the city. Local transport makes getting to the hall easy, and there's spacious parking. The washrooms are neat and there are lifts, which all help guests feel comfortable. The atmosphere is great, and it feels perfect for luxury functions.

I went for an engagement party. There are halls on several levels for different kinds of functions, and the location is very good. The lunch hall behind the stage was convenient, and the event facilities were good. There are a few car parking spaces. One issue for older guests is that some halls require a few flights of stairs after taking the lift.
