Marine Inn Hotel

We had a memorable stay that made our business trip enjoyable. The hotel is well placed for exploring, with convenient parking and easy access to both the water metro and land metro. We also enjoyed morning walks along the five kilometer stretch on the marine drive. Our room was spacious, the facilities felt extravagant, and the jacuzzi added a luxurious touch. The food was outstanding, hospitality unmatched, and security helped us feel safe and comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was decent, if not exceptional. On Marine Drive, the hotel is handy for water transport and the railway station. It's a practical, cost effective option in Kochi for a short trip or business visit.

The security team and valet staff were quick to help, and the location is excellent. Check-in, though, was stressful. We were traveling with a tired infant, but the front desk insisted on several documents at once instead of getting us checked in quickly. Room dining took a long time to order, and afterward nobody came to clear the room. We also had a serious maintenance problem: bathroom water stayed blocked and wouldn't drain for over half an hour. The place has potential, but the front desk and room maintenance need significant improvement.

We stayed one night at the Marine Inn Hotel in Kochi during our Kerala tour. It is 30 km from Kochi International Airport. The hotel is on the main road, with a wide range of local markets within 50 meters. We could also easily visit Marine Drive, the Folklore Museum, and Vasco Da Gama Church. Our spacious but cozy room had a double bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle, two windows, and a digital door lock. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Hot water was available 24 hours, and there was reliable WiFi, a lift, power backup, and fire extinguishers. Staff were excellent and helpful. We really enjoyed the in-house restaurant, which serves a breakfast-to-dinner buffet. The food tasted great. The room was comfortable for the night, though the hotel may have even larger room options.
