The location made getting around easy, with Ernakulam south metro station nearby and convenient access to the railway and bus stations and other transport. Our room was comfortable, nice, and budget friendly, and the receptionists were cooperative.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room experience was very poor, and staff were loud and didn't respond properly. They didn't provide basic things like water, towels, or blankets, and there wasn't proper car parking either.

It's close to the railway station and budget friendly. Fine for a quick stay, but I wouldn't expect much beyond that.

Please don't stay here. The staff were rude and arrogant, there was no interphone, and I couldn't get water for the WC. The WC hose wasn't working either. I paid Rs. 1800 for one day and felt I'd wasted it. At least my account was working, so I had some luck there. There was no hot water, and the windows were only partly open. The check-in timing felt fraudulent because they wouldn't let me write down my check-in time. A terrible experience.

Hygiene and service were really poor in one of the worst rooms I've stayed in. They didn't provide a towel or blanket at first, and the towel I got after asking was in bad condition. I wouldn't recommend this place.
