The location was the one real plus. The toilet wasn't very clean, and the bed seemed old with worn-out pillows. There was no complimentary breakfast, and the AC wasn't working properly, though it was cold that night so that didn't bother me much.

This was one of my worst hotel stays. I booked an executive room through Agoda but was given a Standard room. The room smelled bad, several things were broken, and the doors didn't shut properly. The AC barely worked and it was hot; there were no toiletries or bathroom mat, and only one bath towel for two adults. Room service wasn't available either. I attached photos for reference. Agoda didn't give me a refund, and I felt they sided with their hotel partner. Don't book this hotel.

The receptionist was friendly and ready to help. Parking is available, but there's not much of it, and the rooms are just okay. I paid 2k for one night for three people, including me. They didn't ask for ID, which felt odd. They're renovating other rooms, and once that's finished, I can see the easy-to-reach location making the property popular.

I keep coming back whenever I'm in Kochi, and have done so for the last two years. The property is clean, modern, and well cared for, but the staff are what make it special. Everyone I've met has been courteous and friendly, and they've gone out of their way to make me comfortable. Room service and housekeeping were prompt, and staff were quick to help with my questions. I'd highly recommend staying here.

No restaurant in the property, though you're allowed to bring food in from outside. There's no car parking. My room itself was good and well maintained, so the stay was satisfactory.
